Great Travel Moment

My sister and I recently took a 5-day cruise to Bermuda. We had traveled together in the past--both successfully and unsuccessfully--but something about this trip was different. I believe it was both the means of travel and the destination. Cruising is a lovely experience in and of itself, but Bermuda was a place full of natural beauty. Eschewing many of the touristy options, we chose to wander around the parishes on foot, by taxi, and the best option of all, via the ferry. What we encountered were a warm and open people and island culture, georgeous natural surroundings, and a travel experience worth repeating. Our only regret was that we wanted more time to experience all that Bermuda has to offer.
