Our new son-in-law (a native Florentine) took us all around the city to show us HIS city! The ancient stone and iron is a normal part of the architecture of the city. Everywhere you look the residents of the city try to brighten it with the little touches of flowers everywhere! These huge terra cotta pots were proudly displayed in this little alleyway that someone obviously calls home!
