This huge mammoth of a man/beast sits at the port in Tallinn, Estonia. Built in the Soviet Era, this former conference center now stands virtually abandoned. Ironically, no local in the immediate vicinity could explain its significance. We named it the Rocky of Estonia and all the locals loved the name. Every one of them knew the Rocky movies.
