Great Travel Moment

This photo was taken using the camera's timer as there was no one around at El Tamarindo Resort, a Luxury Collection property, on Mexico's Costa Alegre. My wife and I were on our honeymoon in June, 2005 and had the resort's 2000 acres almost to ourselves. The silence of solitude, the warmth of the sun, the smell of the ocean, and the love of a lifetime made this one of life's most special moments. The relaxing atmosphere, the flawless staff, the lush surroundings, and the impeccable beach front villa with private pool made our days at Tamarindo unforgettable. For a week, we lived a life of luxury in a place reserved for a very few. It was an intimate escape for romance and love between a new husband and wife to blossom and the best place to start a lifetime together.
