Great Travel Moment We moved in together in April of 2005, and this was our first vacation since then. We decided on Riviera Maya in Mexico. The Mexican people were the most hospitable folks we ever met. As one of our excursions, we decided to take a tour of Xcaret. It is a most magnificent ecological park. We had such a wonderful time swimming in the underground river and walking under the water with big, oxygen filled helmets on our heads. After all the walking and swimming, what could be better than a cervesa and lunch. It was a magnificent vacation...sort of like our sudo honeymoon...that's the memory I will keep of this wonderful vacation. Viva Mexico! |

Great pix! Been there too1 I loved the mystical ball game at dusk, followed by the night show in the old pyramid. When you get to Puerto Vallarta this spring, climb up the hill a few blocks above the old town for some spectacular views of Banduras Bay. Also ask a cabbie to take you to Pepis for a truly delicious and authentic Mexican feast - and the biggest Margaritas imaginable! Dacquiri Dicks, just past the river is another great food find. Ohla!
