Xcaret! An ecological park near Cancun and the Riviera Maya in Mexico. As you enter the park, your sunblock is checked to make sure it is environmentally friendly. Ours was not, so it was held until our departure. They will, however, give you a sample packet of something that will not destroy the natural resources. They got the wake-up call! For those of you visiting Mexico, this is a must see. There are many activities here to enjoy. You can swim with the dolphins, snorkel in an underground river, walk on the bottom of the ocean, and enjoy a cervasa! These birds welcomed us to Xcaret (pronounced Ish-ca-ret). Viva Mexico and the fond memories it holds. Thankfully, I have my photos.
