Great Travel Moment

The beautiful children of Africa touched my heart like nothing else has before. Their innocence, love, vulnerability and kindness was almost more than I could bear. We spent a month "overlanding" on a big truck named George. Driving thru Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya. Sitting in George looking out of the gorgeous scenery and seeing amazing animals that one would normally only see at the zoo was the experience of a lifetime. But, I think more than being rushed by an angry elephant or white water rafting down the Zambezi, I loved the children.
