Barbados restaurants

There are as many trendy tables as there are sunbeams on this island. Chefs often claim big-city cred, and the resto scene is surprisingly competitive. But the glut of high-end, highly tasty restaurants has a downside: a relative paucity of mid-range options. So eating out in Barbados can be as pricey as it is in any of the world's gastro capitals. And spontaneity is ill-advised: reservations are a must.
