8:30 PM: Dine at Three on the Bund
Three on the Bund, a grand Beaux Arts structure that dates back to 1916 with a postmodern interior courtesy of Michael Graves, houses the esteemed Shanghai Gallery of Art, an Evian Spa, plenty of shops, and four of Shanghai's top restaurants.
