A-listers avoid the honeymooning masses by making a beeline for the VIP-friendly Fairmont Kea Lani, in Wailea. The property is a plantation-style oasis with private lanais in the three-bedroom oceanfront villas. After that first daylong bake on the beach, head to Fire Dragon, a new Chinese bistro/boutique in Wailea that looks like an old Hong Kong noodle shop but also sells couture (don't all the hip spots?). Outfit yourself for a sexy late night and head to Spago, Wolfgang Puck's tropical dining room/lounge at the Four Seasons, conveniently situated nearby. When you tire of watching Paris Hilton cavort with other names from Page Six (and you look better in that dress, anyway), stumble next door to the Grand Wailea hotel's Saturday Night Fever–style disco, Tsunami, whose old-school tunes and laser light show make it a local fave. Come daylight, take a private surf lesson with Tide and Kiva Rivers, twin brothers with movie-star looks and Hollywood connections as well: They taught Adrien Brody and Zach Braff to ride the waves. If gravity defies your attempts to stay on-board, get a lift from Blue Hawaiian Helicopters for an hour-long flightseeing tour (pictured) of West Maui and Molokai. Even Paris never had it so good.
