What you'll get: Whatever happens when an international crew of graffiti artists, graphic designers, and illustrators are allowed to go hog wild in a hotel. The 61 rooms are like mini installations: Tinkp Eepe (#116) is painted with vaguely suggestive pink clouds with tongues and wings; Two Swans (#214) has life-size photoscapes of trees and llamas; Boxing (#504) includes a trophy case, heavy bag, and gold-robed bed. You choose your room at check-in by selecting a Do Not Disturb sign that appeals to you; if you tire of the decor, you can always amuse yourself with the flat-screen TV and free Internet. Or head up to the Milk & Honey bar on the roof, where the cool kids are hanging out.
Near and not so dear: Tivoli Gardens is an amusement park that's actually amusing for adults: In addition to roller coasters and such, you'll find live bands and landscaped gardens (€10.50 admission).
