Courteney Cox and Family at the Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita, Mexico
On location: The Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita is a 45-minute drive north of Puerto Vallarta—and an easy trip from star-studded Los Angeles. The 26-acre property has 173 rooms with neutral tones, marble soaking tubs, and terraces, some with hammocks and views of the Pacific. Lots of famous faces make their way here (Madonna and Bill Gates among them), and the resort offers lots of villa options to keep celeb guests—and their entourages—happy. Kate Hudson booked the Coral Suite, a five-bedroom casita with a spa room and a 2,200-square-foot terrace that opens right up to the beach. Courteney Cox chose to stay in one of the four private residences on the Punta Mita peninsula with a crew that included daughter Coco and new beau Brian Van Holt.
Star attraction: Cox came here for a much-needed break from filming Cougar Town, but she didn't hide out in her room. She dined with her group at Bahía restaurant, where seafood straight from the Pacific is prepared on a mesquite grill. And Coco got her splash on at the oceanside infinity pool while the adults lounged under the wooden pergolas. A perfect way to escape the daily grind.
