We don't know about you, but thoughts of food occupy a lot of our time. Fantasy meals in fantastic restaurants flit through our minds. We've always imagined ourselves diving into a wonderful foam-covered confection at Ferran Adrià's El Bulli, outside of Barcelona. Or returning to that seaside shack in Bahia, Brazil, for massive, just-caught langoustines cooked in savory coconut oil. And it occurred to us that, you know, time is short, and we should put together a definitive list. After all, we don't want to find ourselves on our deathbed, dreaming of all the foie gras and stuffed pork chops and big steaming bowls of beef pho we could have delighted in.
