After a pretrip interview, the pair customizes each vacation, which usually includes Bedouin-style tented camps with canopied beds and fresh-mixed cocktails after a day of elephant-spotting. The standout feature, though, is Shompole Lodge, where the private rooms are partly open to the elements: Guests are advised to go au naturel the entire time so they can, well, commune with nature.
