Getting there: Cane Lift
The quickest way up to this tree house resort is via a cane lift—a counter-weight system that looks something like a giant birdcage hanging from a thick branch. Once up top, hanging bridges connect the tree houses, which are perched as high as 115 feet above the forest floor. (Ground-level villas and cottages are also available if you want more sure-footing.)
