Relax: Dark & Stormy is not the weather forecast for 9 Beaches, but the Bermudian national drink—a potent concoction of Goslings rum and ginger beer that seems to make Bermuda's famous pink sands even pinker. You might enjoy one (or six) from the deck of a Top Banana Cabana, which stand on stilts over the turquoise water. A few of the aluminum-framed and sailcloth-sided tents even have Plexiglas floor panels for viewing fish. After a touch of exercise—there are kite-boarding lessons, dive trips to an 1860s wreck, and self-guided expeditions on a Hobie cat—summon lunch from the roving dining cart.
