For the year-old Le Bellechasse (view slideshow) in St. Germain, Christian Lacroix didn't settle for just one design scheme—he opted for seven. They're all pretty striking, but our favorite is this room, which features outlandishly sized patterns of Victorian-era gents and mondo butterflies. (Admittedly, it's an environment one might prefer to visit rather than inhabit full-time, but then, there are those who say the same about Paris.)
