This chic resort's restaurant makes for a big night out—as long as you have the boat to get there. Set in a hilltop castlelike stone gazebo, this romantic place offers four-course prix-fixe dinners to match. Food is pan-Euro contemporary: papaya-glazed duck confit with orange-and-pine-nut salad; roasted loin of lamb with a mint-and-caper sauce. The atmosphere is hushed and sophisticated—and possibly a little strange off-season if the (60-capacity) place is not full, or perhaps perfect if you like peace and quiet. The wine list is one of the best in these islands. Collared shirts and trousers are required in the evenings for gents. Reservations a must.
