"The scenery and lush environment are one of a kind" at this Napoleon III–style building on 22 acres between Nice and Cannes. Rooms are decorated in pastels and eighteenth-century wood furniture, and "the spa is absolutely fantastic." Order a drink at Le Bellini bar, with its limestone Corinthian columns and carved crests.
