Situated in the northern medina, this seven-suite Moorish palace caters to the well-heeled. The central atrium has a lofty, theatrical feel and is full of ornate Arab-Andalusian furniture and ornate ironwork. The hotel supplies chauffeur service from the airport as well as to the 18-hole Royal Palace Golf course and to a six-court tennis club. The two restaurants on the premises—Al Manzah on the terrace, which offers a glorious view of the walled city, and Le Jnan on the garden floor, beside the fountain—are known for their fine live-music performances.
