Sandals recently took over Royal Plantation, a 17-acre, 1950s sanctuary for Hollywood celebs and British royalty. Each room has a sea view, beds layered in Italian linens, and 24-hour pillow menus and butlers and are "as appealing as the surroundings." Dining choices touch on French, Mediterranean, and Jamaican. Champagne and caviar are the focus of C-Bar.
