This museum has pulled itself up from its tacky roots and become a respectable, if campy, exhibit space. Liberace's triumphs, celebrity friendships, rhinestone-encrusted grand pianos, and—of course—his sequined, feathered, and rhinestone-encrusted outfits are all celebrated. Plus, pianist Philip Fortenberry's thrice-weekly 1 p.m. tribute performances (on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday) are pretty impressive.
Open Tuesdays through Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm, Sundays noon to 4 pm.
