Close to Kensington Gardens, this redbrick Victorian has perfect-scoring service, thanks to the "absolutely infallible" staff. "Plush, luxurious," and individually designed rooms are "uniquely English" and vary from simple black-and-white floors and fabrics to colorful brocaded bedspreads.
