Tucked away amid quiet gardens just west of Beverly Hills' main drag, this hotel has the impeccable and invisible service you'd expect from a Peninsula outpost—everything is anticipated and attended to. Many a power breakfast has taken place in the dining room, and the open-air rooftop restaurant and lounge, with its huge open fireplace, is a fantastic place to be at sunset.
