This 1900 landmark has a signature glass dome designed by Gustave Eiffel that "sparkles like a jewel." Rooms in beige and red or beige and blue have busy wallpaper—some have views of the sea, others of the yacht harbor. The morning's catch is the basis for seafood dishes at Vistamar. The newly opened Crystal Bar pours wine and champagne by the glass.
