A converted textile warehouse in Old Montréal, the Gault's 30 loftlike rooms have polished concrete floors, cast-iron columns, exposed brickwork, and large arched windows, all most tastefully outfitted with Artemide lamps, copies of Harry Bertoia chairs, big couches, and bright rugs. There's a bar, a breakfast room, 24-hour room service, but no restaurant; a fitness center, but no spa. The floor of your glamorously minimal bathroom, however, is heated.
