Hurricanes and construction projects have marred much of South Friar's Bay, but they haven't carried away the sunsets, which are best experienced with a Green Flash cocktail (rum, Blue Curaçao, and more rum) at this rustic, roots-y seaside bar. Raman, the owner, stocks an impressive collection of Caribbean rums, including a Kittitian white lightning called CSR (Cane Spirit Rothschild) and Brinley's, another local rum infused with mango, vanilla, or coffee.
