Some of the islands' best seafood is served up by Julian and Tracy Rigby, British expats who have an advantage in getting the freshest fare—they also own Nevis Water Sports, a deep-sea-fishing charter. The food is simple and inexpensive. A typical menu includes smoked wahoo, shrimp kebabs, and crab salad. Pre- or post-meal, you might also catch cocktails with the mostly local crowd at the octagonal bar, which overlooks the sea and St. Kitts.
Open late October through early August, Thursdays through Saturdays noon to 3 pm and 6 to 9 pm, Sundays noon to 3 pm.
