In a 1923 town house off the designer drag avenue Montaigne, this "lovely gem" has "spacious rooms with opulent furnishings," intricately printed fabrics, oil paintings, and "exquisite bathrooms" with Hermès products. "The patience and kindness of staff is impressive." The library-esque Restaurant San Régis is "tiny, with only a handful of tables."
