The exterior of this 1923 neoclassical hotel near the avenue Montaigne has "striking geraniums all along the facade." Period rooms, some with views of the Eiffel Tower, are decorated with fabrics in bright colors. The oak-paneled main restaurant is styled like a library, "but it's no match for other Parisian restaurants." "Staff are the finest you'll ever encounter."
