This resort north of Puerto Vallarta is "better than most all-inclusives in Vallarta, Cancún, or Cabo." Encounter "beautiful and well-maintained natural surroundings" and perfect-scoring airy rooms with Mexican art, Balinese furnishings, and marble floors. At Piaf, French dishes are "quite good."
