There was a time this Friday and Saturday night dance party was held from November to January under the stars on the summit of Sugar Loaf. What's more, it was free. No more. The party still draws the brightest stars of Brazilian dance music—Gilberto Gil, Rita Lee, Paralamas, and Lulu Santos—but tickets now go for around $80 and the new location is a converted pier jutting out into Guanabara Bay, not far from the Santos Dumont domestic airport.
