Tired of fruity, umbrella-topped cocktails? Look no further than the handcrafted beers of the Fort Christian Brew Pub, the only microbrewery in the Virgin Islands. Offerings change with the season, but favorites include the red Blackbeard Ale, the hoppy Hammerhead Pale Ale, and the Jump Up Stout, which is named after the popular St. Croix street party. The casual open-air bar is located right on the Christiansted boardwalk, where you can grab a seat under the stars and watch moored sailboats bob in the harbor. Snack on pub grub like beer-battered pickles or opt for something heartier: Monday is steak and ale night, when the purchase of a steak gets you all the draft beer you can drink.
