"COLORADO SUMMER SPA GETAWAY" SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENT MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID IN OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of the Sponsors and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") 5/14/04 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on 6/30/04. To enter, go to http://www.concierge.com/promo/colorado, fill in required information on the official entry form, and submit the form as directed. Entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, and E-mail address. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS USED FOR FUTURE MARKETING PURPOSES PLEASE MAKE SURE THE APPROPRIATE BOX ON THE ENTRY FORM IS CHECKED. Limit one entry per person, per household and E-mail address. Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misaddressed, or otherwise misdirected entries, or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES CLOSING DATE 11:59:59 PM EST on 6/30/04.

5. WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/5/04 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email, phone or U.S. mail. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of attempted notification, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: roundtrip coach transportation for one Winner and one guest from the commercial airport in the United States nearest the Winner’s home to Vail, CO; five nights accommodations (one room double occupancy) at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, breakfast for two everyday at Chap’s Restaurant, one dinner for two at Chap’s Grill & Chophouse, four treatments (two for each person) at Aria Spa & Club. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE: $3,500 depending on actual itinerary. Prize Winner and Guest must be available to travel either before September 30, 2004 or between April 1, 2005 – September 30, 2005, or an alternate winner may be selected. Prize Winner must select travel dates no later than December 31, 2004. Blackout dates specified by Sponsors may apply. Reservations subject to availability. Winner must provide Sponsors with a minimum of 45 days notice to secure all travel arrangements and a minimum of three possible travel dates. Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and for any and all meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified as prizes herein. Winner’s Travel Companion ("Guest") must be at least 18 years of age at the time of travel. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize Winner must supply Sponsors with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Sponsors shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either Prize Winner or Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the sweepstakes prize package due to illness, Sponsors shall have the option at their sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period at least equal to the duration of Prize Winner’s or Guest’s disability or illness. Prize Winner or Guest may be required to prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate at Winner’s expense, which certificate may be required to be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsors at Sponsors’ expense.

7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winner are subject to verification. Winner’s Guest must also meet all eligibility requirements in Rules/Paragraph #2 and #6. Sponsors are not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsors. Potential Prize Winner must sign before a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form. Winner’s Guest must also sign and return a Liability and (where permissible) a Publicity Release From. Release Forms must be returned within ten (10) business days of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and if so the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries.

8. INTERNET: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any E-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsors due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an E-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the E-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an E-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning E-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address.

9. GENERAL: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants and Prize Winner: (1) agree to be bound by these rules; (2) agree to release Sponsors and their parent companies, Sponsor related entities; affiliates; subsidiaries; advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies from all liability, claims, action or proceedings related to the sweepstakes and from injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of the prize; and (3) Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
