At this neo-Gothic structure, most of the rooms are suites, with birch and mahogany accents and Frette linens. Twenty-Two is a futuristic late-night cocktail lounge, and Prime sates carnivores with Kobe cuts. The hotel claims to have Canada's highest staff-to-guest ratio, but "we had to ask several times for an ashtray and an extra pillow." The spa has a fireplace.
