This pink stucco "Sunset Boulevard classic" built in 1912 has Art Deco common areas and rooms with a "playful color scheme" of greens, pinks, and apricots, and tufted stools sitting at the foot of canopied beds with velvet pillows. The Polo Lounge "really does attract Hollywood stars." The Fountain Coffee Shop has 20 restored bar stools that surround the original curved counter from 1949.
