An 1893 institution on the Spanish Steps, "it's by far the best location in Rome." Individually designed rooms are filled with art, antiques, Venetian lamps, Limoges porcelain, and trompe l'oeil paintings. In spring 2010, one wing was updated with new decor and larger closets. Imàgo's panorama of the Eternal City accompanies inventive dishes such as cuttlefish on a "potato cloud."
