The "excellent location" of this Italian Renaissance property with 17-foot Palladian windows puts it close to the waterfront and the Seattle Art Museum. "It's well-designed and the lobby is classy." Accommodations in rose, soft yellows, ivory, and seaside blues and greens are accented by antique furniture in oak and cherry wood. "Our room was fine, but we had a view of the air-conditioning system, which wasn't so nice." Shuckers has a tin ceiling and serves clam chowder, halibut and chips, and pan-fried oysters.
