These eight simple but supremely stylish rooms are slap-bang in the center of town, overlooking the mouth of the Keurbooms River and a sweep of blue bay. The young staff know every secret in town, from late-night hangouts to where to go dolphin- and whale-spotting. Both the beach and a clutch of wonderful shops are a five-minute walk away. Each room is individually decorated and has its own unique asset—an outdoor bathhouse, a private steam room, a Juliet balcony with full-on sea views—and some have direct access to the pool deck. The seduction continues with in-room roses, a freestanding soaking tub, and an oversized wrought iron bed so high you'll need the velvet footstool to climb into it.
