From the owners of the popular local Scandinavian restaurant Olsen, Le Bar in the Microcentro neighborhood is a mash-up of mod, Asian, and contemporary styles. The drinks menu is similarly eclectic: Bartender Leo Speroni and his attractive colleagues concoct signature drinks such as the Gosse Rose (a grapefruity twist on the usual vodka-cranberry) and the Passionaria (cachaça with passion fruit and angostura). Take one up to the roof terrace and relax in beanbag chairs while DJs spin electro rock from ten till two. Not a night crawler? Roll in early for Le Bar's "After Office," Porteños' equivalent of happy hour.
