It serves a long, varied menu from mixology all-stars, including Pegu Club's Audrey Sanders: La Louche (with Hendrick's gin, Lillet Rouge, Chartreuse, and lime juice) is elegant and refreshing, while the Benton's Old Fashioned is a savory mix of bacon-infused whiskey, maple syrup, and bitters. Hot dogs from next door are among the city's best bar snacks. It's sitting-room-only, so phone after 3 P.M. for that evening's reservation.
