In an uninspired part of Midtown, chef Michael Psilakis is serving the city's most exciting and refined Greek food. The exquisite crudo mezze is five soupçons of fantastically fresh fish with different garnishes; braised rabbit, black truffle, snails, and manouri cheese are served over traditional hilopita egg noodles; and creamy risotto is laced with lobster, crab, caviar, and uni (entrées, $33–$44).
