The owner, an alumnus of the three-Michelin-star Taillevent, offers a three-course menu that begins with a flourish—a flute of champagne—and follows with sophisticated renditions of classics such as foie de veau, lamb chops, and steak frites. Wine—a dozen eminently drinkable choices—and dessert are included, for a deal that's almost too good to be true (prix fixe, $52).
