One of Antigua's oldest and most elegant resorts, Curtain Bluff only recently added a spa—but it was worth the wait. The chic, understated space is done in beige stone and pale marble. Its five treatment rooms are austere, so there's nothing to distract from the dazzling ocean beyond the little terrace. An anti-aging facial with caviar and pearl extracts ($180) lulls you with a series of calming cleanses, masks, and mists. Afterward, guests can settle into a chaise lounge by the infinity-edge plunge pool on the second floor, and enjoy unobstructed views of the waves (massages, $105–$140).
