This small cottagelike spa sits high off the beach at the island's luxe new retreat, Hermitage Bay. Lush foliage provides privacy without hindering the delicious sea breezes. The streamlined menu has only a few offerings, including the Sun Soothers Wrap ($90), which alleviates the effects of Caribbean rays with cooling cucumber and aloe. We'd have liked to lose the high-tech audio system: Pachelbel's Canon can't compete with the sounds of the waves and the birds (massages, $115–$145).
