Most body treatments are provided in your "sanctuary," the resort's name for its specially kitted-out guest rooms, with their wall of windows to the sea and Pitons. There's also a separate cozy spa for facials and Ayurvedic treatments. After a light all-over brushing of the skin, customized oils are massaged in using wonderful whole-body deep-tissue or Swedish strokes. Herbert, a handsome St. Lucian therapist, was absolutely professional; nonetheless, his touch was divine (massages, $95–$160).
