The dramatic new spa pavilion at the Rockhouse Hotel echoes the property's funky-chic vibe and laid-back Caribbean feel. An open-air thatched-roof hut on a cliff overlooking the water is an appropriate setting for the spa's gentle holistic therapies, which use all-natural Starfish Oils made in Jamaica. The aromatherapy massage ($95) is a good choice, with its firm but healing strokes. The light ocean breeze adds to the relaxation, and although the boats below create some background noise, they don't distract from the experience. If you can't book this spot, the resort's three-room spa is also fabulous—it's in a pretty grotto, surrounded by greenery (massages, $85–$95).
