Chef Hadrien Villedieu studied under everyone from Robuchon to Passard in Paris before opening this sleek contemporary bistro inside the Bab hotel. The nearly all-white dining room has modish designer chairs and tables, a few of which front a sparkling pool, while in the adjoining bar a DJ spins trance and you're more likely to see women in Christian Louboutins than djellabas. The only reminders that you are in Marrakech are the black-and-white photos of the medina that decorate the walls—and Villedieu's elegant Moroccan-inspired cuisine. Highlights include fresh seafood dishes such as red tuna carpaccio and sole meunière.
