The latest entrant to Bogotá's growing restaurant scene, Clos has stellar food and a unique wine tasting concept. Patrons use a "debit card" to serve themselves from a high-tech Enomatic tasting machine, choosing anything from sips to full glasses of 40 reds and 8 whites. The food menu suggests three wine pairings for each dish, so you might try the perfectly cooked beef tenderloin with the Château Cantemerle from Médoc or a tian of shrimp with coconut rice and avocado with the biodynamic Colomé Torrontés from Argentina. Huge windows make for great people-watching.
