Downstairs, the open-air lounge serves potent martinis and tasty tapas such as patatas bravas and chicken brochettes. Upstairs, the loftlike dining room focuses on globe-trotting dishes such as barbecued ribs and slow-cooked lamb chops with saffron pilaf.
