Madu, at Oslo's brand-new Grims Grenka hotel, mixes Asian flavors and indigenous ingredients. The city's young and fabulous fill the long communal tables in the dimly lit space, washing down Cantonese elk puffs with spicy chili pepper martinis, and feasting on creative pairings like reindeer fillet with pomegranate and soft-shell crab with wasabi and watermelon. At the end, the most surprising aspect of Madu is its reasonable pricesa saving grace in the world's second most expensive city.
